Development 6 weeks
The client presented us with a proof of concept outlining a workflow they’d been managing manually, employing an array of basic off-the-shelf tools. Our objective was to transform the spreadsheet-based manual workflow into the first version of a cohesive design and user experience for a purpose-built web-based digital tool.
Our experience building these small tools gives us the ability to read between the lines and do near instant translation of client requirements into testable prototypes. That means we can spend more time prototyping and testing and shorten the project timelines consistently. In this case it took less than a week after the initial download of documents from the client for us to complete discovery, and we were able to get into static prototyping to start working out the details of the experience before handing off the specifications to the client’s development partners.
